Blattner Energy is a leading renewable energy infrastructure company undergoing rapid growth and transformation. Over a four-year partnership, I worked closely with the organization to evolve its brand, scale its market presence, and support business and workforce growth during a pivotal period.
The engagement included leading the 50,000 Megawatts campaign, a national brand initiative designed to reinforce Blattner’s leadership in renewable energy infrastructure while building credibility with utilities, developers, and strategic partners. Alongside this work, I oversaw robust media planning and execution to ensure consistent, high-impact visibility across priority markets and channels.
As the company evolved, I helped guide the consolidation of three distinct brands into a single, unified Blattner Energy brand—creating clarity internally and externally. This included brand architecture, messaging alignment, and a full website redesign to support long-term scalability, recruiting, and growth.
In parallel, I led recruitment-focused brand campaigns to help Blattner compete in a highly competitive labor market, aligning the employer brand with the company’s mission, culture, and momentum. This work required close partnership with leadership, HR, and operations to ensure brand and business objectives remained aligned.
