Date

October 2021

Location

For Quarrix, I led a comprehensive brand strategy and evolution initiative designed to sharpen market positioning, support geographic growth, and bring clarity to an expanding product portfolio. I facilitated executive brand strategy sessions to align leadership around the brand’s long-term vision, competitive differentiation, and role in the marketplace.

A core focus of the work was redefining Quarrix’s brand architecture—transitioning the organization from a branded house to an endorsed brand model. This shift created clearer distinction between the master brand and its product lines, while preserving brand equity and enabling stronger positioning across regions and customer segments. I led the development of a new product naming structure, including brand and line names, to improve clarity, consistency, and competitive relevance at the point of sale.

To bring the strategy to life, I oversaw the creative execution across touchpoints, including leading the product photoshoot, defining visual direction, and guiding the creation of sales collateral and packaging design. Each element was intentionally developed to reinforce the new brand structure, elevate perceived value, and support both in-market differentiation and channel effectiveness.

The result was a cohesive brand system that positioned Quarrix for growth—balancing strategic clarity with practical execution to support sales, distribution, and long-term brand strength.
